As you know, on September 3, 2021, the Government of Alberta announced temporary restrictions and rules including a pause to returning to workplaces, in order to address rising COVID-19 cases in the province. EISA’s priority continues to be the well-being, safety, and security of our clients and staff. As such, the main office will be closed to the public effective Tuesday, September 7, 2021 until further notice.
- Staff will continue to provide essential services remotely online, by phone, email, and social media such as WhatsApp and WeChat.
- English language classes will remain accessible online.

- Call our main office line 780-474-8445 and you will be forwarded to one of the settlement staff.
- Email email@example.com if you have questions, and your email will be forwarded to a Settlement Practitioner who will contact you within 24 business hours.
We will continue to monitor the situation and respond according to the direction of Alberta Health Services and our funders with the safety of our team, stakeholders, and communities in mind.
